Project Seraphina

Strategic consultancy for organisations creating lasting public value.

At WHIG, we believe that world-class organisational strategy should be accessible to organisations whose success is measured not only by financial performance, but by the positive impact they create for communities, education, healthcare, and society.

Project Seraphina

Project Seraphina is WHIG's social impact initiative, providing selective strategic consultancy to charities, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other mission-driven organisations through reduced-fee and pro bono engagements.

Our aim is simple: to ensure that organisations delivering public benefit have access to the same calibre of strategic thinking, governance expertise, and operational excellence that supports high-performing commercial enterprises.

Why Seraphina exists

Addressing an imbalance in access to strategic expertise.

Many organisations delivering essential public services face extraordinary challenges. Increasing demand, constrained budgets, workforce pressures, regulatory complexity, organisational growth, and governance reform require thoughtful strategic leadership.

Yet access to specialist consultancy is often limited by financial constraints rather than organisational need. Project Seraphina was established to help address that imbalance — contributing strategic expertise where it has the potential to generate meaningful and lasting public value.

Our philosophy
"Stronger organisations create stronger communities."

Whether supporting a charity through organisational transformation, helping a Multi-Academy Trust prepare for sustainable growth, strengthening governance within an educational institution, or improving operational resilience in a healthcare setting, our objective remains consistent: to help mission-driven organisations build resilient operating models that enable them to maximise their impact on the people and communities they serve.
