WHIG launches its flagship OGP Stress Architecture framework and sessions
WHIG has formally launched the OGP Stress Architecture as its flagship framework, together with a structured set of diagnosis sessions. The framework examines Operations, Governance and People simultaneously rather than in isolation, on the principle that structural stress in one layer presents as symptoms in another. Client engagements now begin with an OGP Diagnosis session, from a two-hour Pulse Check through to the multi-month Architecture Programme.

WHIG becomes the trading name of the company
The firm now trades as WHIG across all client-facing work, correspondence and published material. The change consolidates the practice under a single identity and reflects its established position as a management consultancy in Operations, Governance and People. WHIG is not a financial services firm and carries out no regulated financial activity.

WHIG merges Project Seraphina and Project Avian
Project Seraphina and Project Avian have been brought together under a single institutional programme.
